When the founder, Josie Jackson, was dropped from a promoter due to the lack of accessible venues, she rebranded this label to specifically support musicians with disabilities and guide and educate other industry personnel on what can be done to improve the industry.

The record company is currently undergoing a huge research project to create a space where disabled musicians can view various venues to see all the accessibility information about them and determine if it provides the space is suitable for them.
